Ready to thrive?
Unlock. Build. Beyond.
Unlock your potential. Build lasting leadership capabilities. Go beyond what you thought possible.
Breakthroughs begin where your natural strengths stop being enough. The challenges and roadblocks you face are not signs of limitation, but invitations to grow beyond what has carried you thus far.
Through intentional self-discovery, gain clarity about your unique strengths, the beliefs and patterns that shape you, and the opportunities hidden within blind spots. As self-awareness deepens, so does your capacity to lead yourself with greater discipline, purpose, and effectiveness.
And when you learn to lead yourself well, you become capable of elevating and empowering others. Leadership is ultimately an inside-out journey: the depth of your impact is limited only by the depth of your willingness to grow.

Client Reviews
“This was an excellent experience for me. I learned to renew and redirect my focus on my strengths and to really understand the best way to engage with people and projects. Christine challenged me in a natural way, allowing for self-reflection and empowerment to facilitate my advancement.”
Koji, Elavon
“I learned to stop doubting myself, and ask the challenging questions while leaning into the relationship more. I also came to appreciate the strengths of the people who used to trigger me in the past, which elevated our teamwork.
Madhavi, Daimler Truck North America
“Christine’s coaching impacted my leadership, kept me focused and accountable. The leadership tools helped me understand myself better and pursue a vision for the kind of leader I want to be. It was mind blowing to recognize my triggers, and I now appreciate both the positive and negative aspects of my leadership style, as well as the different styles around me.”
Sarah, US Bank Corporate
“Realizing my tendencies helped me become more self aware and choose a different response, which led to improved performance both in my basketball game and at work. I learned to not overthink, speak up, and make meaningful connections with people on my team.
Michael, Daimler Truck North America
“The leadership cohort training with Christine helped me become more intentional in my interactions with people in what I say and do, and I am now more comfortable pushing back on people when I disagree with them. I also learned to let others on the team speaks first before I talk, and to make sure that I listen to understand, instead of listening just to fix a problem. I learned from all of you in my coaching cohort, this training has made huge impact on how I do my work on a day-to-day basis and effectively made me a better person.”
Jasmin, Collins Aerospace
“I learned to ask clarifying questions instead of judging, allow time for others to verbally process, and provide deadlines and support follow-through. I feel more confident to speak up, am intentionally pursuing connection time, looking up and out to see the big picture, and focus on the value I bring to work situations instead of holding myself to perfectionist standards.”
Jessica, BSN, RN
“I appreciated understanding my leadership voices with more clarity and using the peace index as a quick way to see if my actions have a healthy alignment with my desires. Christine and David have been fantastic sounding boards in helping me recalibrate my focus as I seek to find a meaningful path for this next chapter in my life after retiring from an intense career.
Bob, Managing Director JLL (ret.)
“I had great coaching sessions with Christine. She showed great insight in people and helped me to identify my untapped strengths using 5 voices system. I learned distinct features for 5 types of personalities that can be practically used. Her help to my career growth is greatly appreciated.
Catherleen, RBC
“I learned so much about my leadership style, both the pros and cons. I love to ask a lot of questions but I don’t want to interrogate. I loved learning about the different challenges and leadership styles that others in my cohort had, this helped me understand the different “voices” around me better.

About Christine
Empowering integrated leadership, communication, and unprecedented growth.
I partner with clients for breakthrough outcomes and deep transformation that elevate their impact and leadership from a centered place of self-understanding and others-awareness. My neuroscience-based approach helps you identify, build and practice new mental maps that drive meaningful growth and leadership beyond you thought possible.
My clients are high-capacity professionals navigating career transitions and leadership inflection points, seeking greater clarity, confidence, and impact. I build high trust partnerships and serve as a thought partner to clients to help them clarify strengths, understand blind spots, make grounded career and leadership decisions, and achieve measurable results in their leadership.
My path to coaching began in Wall Street finance, before pivoting into higher education and career counseling, and later building a high-performance piano studio, where I guided clients from beginner to elite performers who could thrive under pressure while maintaining a genuine love for their craft. Across these experiences, one pattern became clear: technical skill can carry people far, but self-understanding and aligned action are what sustain growth and create meaningful, lasting progress.
Leadership isn’t about charisma - it’s about responsibility: knowing yourself well enough to choose intentionally and achieve meaningful outcomes. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients on that journey.
