The Leaders Thrive Training utilizes the 5 Voices Framework to help you build insight and deliberate habits that amplify your leadership voice. You’ll learn to manage your cognitive energy levels, expand your range and breadth of skills, and elevate your impact - building influence beyond what you ever thought possible.

Awareness is a great place to start. But that’s not enough. Building stronger muscles for your next level of leadership requires practices and workouts. Our training is designed to help you move you from insight to action - building the habits and muscle memory that transform how you lead at your next level.

Cohort Schedule

The Leaders Thrive Cohort training consists of (6) group sessions and (4) 1:1 coaching sessions:

Group sessions via Zoom: Every other Friday beginning 5/15 (1 hour in length)
at 9a PST / 10am MST / 11a CST / 12p EST
