My path to coaching led me from Wall Street finance to higher education and career counseling, and then to years coaching in the arts, including building a high-performance piano studio that took clients from beginner to elite performers under pressure. Across these experiences, one pattern became clear: technical skill can carry people far, but self-understanding and aligned action are what fuel lasting growth.
